I was running up until my transfer. The day of transfer I didn't "work out" but didn't limit activity (I traveled for the transfer so walked through airports and carried my bags). Following the transfer I just walked and did less strenuous things to stay active. I actually didn't start running again until about 12 or 13 weeks because MS hit shortly after my positive. I think you'll be fine whatever you decide, but you don't want to second guess what you did if it doesn't work so that's what I'd encourage you to think through. Good luck!

Well I don’t exercise at all. Just walks with my 3yo. Continued that except the day of transfer

Hung on the couch day of transfer. Back to regular life the next. I did keep exercise light — like 30 min of low impact elliptical or walking a day — for the TWW.

For those of you who had a successful transfer, how active were you the day of the transfer and subsequent days?
