No, it doesn't name him. Just process of elimination. Each of the sons has a specialized field - medicine, law, military, and actor/Hollywood. If you're going to work in D.C. you can technically be any of the first three but complaint said he recently graduated from law school so that rules out the doctor. Then its between the military and law. Just makes sense with the timeline of graduation, the Congressional staffers experience and ability to cross-examine the son for potential job interviews, and his field - its the Harvard graduate.
