I love Mother’s Day but this is perhaps the first year I realized that other moms/women who want to be be moms might be injured by these messages.
I didn’t post myself but I do have a photo of my kids and I that I consider sharing. Also their privacy is of course a concern. Social media is concerning in general. My own (mid 70s!) mom asked why I didn’t post a message with her in it, as if I had ignored her in an important at way.
Well anyone who's upset by those having a happy MD would be pretty foolish to hang out on social media that day.
