Approximately 8 minutes in instant pot. Whatever I had previously cooked in pressure cooker for 2 whistles, I do 8-9 mins in instapot. This is for rice, dals, veggies, chicken. Lamb would need more time on both.

Subject: “Two whistles” on a pressure cookers equals what on an Instapot?
I’m trying to make keema and the recipe says to first cook the meat and spices in the pressure cooker “for two whistles.” I’m new to the Instapot game, so what does this mean? I tried to Google it but didn’t find anything clear. Help!
