It might take you a long time to get in with a therapist, but you can start to make some changes in your parenting in the mean time (and that in no way is an accusation that this is your fault). Look into the ideas of accommodation versus supportive parenting. A really good book on this is "Breaking free of child anxiety and OCD: a Scientifically proven program for parents" by Lebowitz. Supposedly changing your parenting can be as impactful as therapy for the kid.
Good luck with your daughter - the end of the school year is brutally stressful, especially for juniors this year (I have one, too)...
