I guess it depends on the talent of the child and ultimate goal. There is a Big bsc thread from a couple weeks ago discussing the girls side.
The other clubs listed do not apprear on this forum alot but you can search. I would surmise they are a little more chill. Not sure how competitive their coaching will have your dd compared to the intense dmv soccer scene. Again, depends on your goals.
My children range from very athletic and skilled to just needing a consistent workout. Ultimate goal would be to do both bsc and msi rec if I had the time to do so or if they did not conflict on weekends.
