OP, when I was losing consistently, this is what I was eating. I think your diet is fairly high in sugar and fat.
Breakfast - green smoothie with frozen berries, nonfat greek yogurt, carrot juice, and spinach; coffee with lowfat milk and sugar
morning snack - whole grain toast with avocado and red pepper flakes
lunch - broth-based soup with beans, vegetables, leafy greens
snack - nonfat low sugar greek yogurt or vegetables with hummus
dinner - lean meat or fish with large salad and some type of whole grain
extra (some nights depending on points/cals) - one drink or small square dark chocolate or fudgicle
