We've done this multiple times for the homes we've lived in. For 2500, its usually about $10K.

That's just labor and materials. Now, don't forget about the unexpected things. Nail hole filling/painting is extra. And usually once we see how nice the new trim looks, the walls often look sad--so you end up painting those as well. For the doors, again, once the trim is painted, are you going to want to paint the doors? Then the old hardware looks sad.....

Baseboards have the same scope creep. The issue we've found with baseboards is the existing flooring. It depends upon how the existing floor and baseboards were installed. Did the floor get installed first and the flooring runs underneath or did the baseboards go in first and the floor butts up to it? Are you going to go with the new style and get larger base?

For windows, do you have window sills? Sometimes you find that there is some wood rot in the sills which needs to be replaced.

Since you're doing base, doors and windows, are you going to do crown as well?

Don’t forget that all the wood will need to be primed and painted. Added expense.

If just baseboards, I would consider a handyman.

For the door and window trim, you want a profesional carpenter.

This is false, anyone can do trim carpentry but it does take skill to do it correctly. Unskilled trim is just MDF baseboard with large gaps filled with caulk, paint and a prayer (that you don't notice any flaws before the tailgate warranty runs out)

Solid wood trim, coped and fit together snug, especially stain grade instead of paint grade takes skill.

When someone does your baseboard take note if they just eyeball it and use a lot of caulk, or if they measure the angle of wall intersections and cut the baseboard to fit the wall precisely.

I would budget around $15 per LF plus materials. If the new trim is smaller than the old trim, then you need to add extra for drywall repair.

I had baseboards replaced in my basement. I can't recall how much it was but it was reasonable. Baseboards and trim are really cheap and they come in really long pieces (usually 12 ft segments) so materials isn't going to be very expensive. It's usually $8-20 per 12ft section unless you're buying some special expensive trim then you'll have to price that yourself. The sq ft of the house isn't that important. You're going to be charged based on the linear foot. Your big expense will be labor charges. While it should be possible for them to use many full sized pieces, ultimately they're going to be measuring and cutting them to fit your rooms and every corner and turn.

I'm making this number up but I would think a typical room would cost between $300-$500 for baseboard replacement (material + labor). It's not particularly skilled work though so keep that in mind. Get several estimates. A handman could do this.
