So who HASN'T partnered yet?
Our club (Vienna) is in the middle of the DMV geographically but I don't think that they have partnered. My DD is on a top team but in a younger age group. Should I care about this or not? Appreciate the stability? Or be worried about some lack of opportunity? It's our local club and I have no real complaints so far. So I'm not worried for the time being. I'm definitely curious and a little confused by all the partnerships though.

Partnerships only enhance the top team for the kids. Two feeder programs to one top tier is an excellent pathway and ensures the best play with the best. Smaller clubs will play regional leagues while those who have the foresight to consolidate, while keeping their rec/house/travel teams humming will be stronger. This is the way.
