They’re obviously not directing this at you then. Madam’s Organ recently wrote a letter essentially begging for this guidance. Their staff are completely vaccinated and they’re willing to check IDs and proof of vaccine at the door. If the staff is vaccinated there is very little risk to them of the few that would lie about vaccine status. You really can’t expect the government and local business to legislate based on your concerns that some people will lie.
This is a great step in the right direction.
