Try following up with the clinic since they receive the results first. I would follow up if it’s been more than 10 days.

Mine took a week but the clinic told me 2 weeks.

Mine took a week. Clinic told me 10-15 days. Had it done with Igenomix.

I think mine was about a week after testing, maybe a little longer. My clinic told me up to two weeks though. Best of luck to you OP.
