The odds are very poor of getting a genetically normal embryo using her 43 year old eggs. What is her AMH and day 3 testing like?
I suggest a consult with a reproductive endocrinologist. Once you have realistic statistics and costs in hand then you can make an educated decision together.

You could do IVF with your own eggs. Personally, I would not do reciprocal IVF with eggs from a 43 year old (and I'm an old mom so that's just practicality not judgement) and I'd be a little suspicious of a clinic that was on board with that plan. Although when I was pregnant the MFM I was seeing had a patient who was 55 and pregnant with her own eggs!

Yes and I would use your eggs (you're younger and got pregnant easier). Have you discussed having your tubal reversed?

Using her partner’s eggs does not look like it would be successful in this scenario.

Yes definitely. You could either do reciprocal IVF (her eggs, your uterus), or you yourself could undergo IVF with your own eggs.

my wife and i would love to have a child. i have two by a prior relationship (her stepchildren). with my second cesarean i had a tubal. she had a hysterectomy (everything but ovaries). i am 36 and had an easy time getting pregnant. she is 43 and was unsuccessful with IUI (stopped short of IVF). is this an impossible or far-fetched idea?
