Spelling note:

I think you mean tiny spoons, not tinny spoons. Tiny spoons are small. Tinny spoons would have a metallic sound, probably because they are made of tin.

The benefits of small spoons have been studied: https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/british-journal-of-nutrition/article/eating-with-a-smaller-spoon-decreases-bite-size-eating-rate-and-ad-libitum-food-intake-in-healthy-young-males/7515D2B4E8A50E8BC1ED91B43D4183F4

However, the outcome is not losing weight due to exercising with the spoon, but taking smaller bites and therefore eating less food overall.

Future of dieting/ not dieting.

Tinny spoons.. they are so small.. so small.. that it takes lots of lifting to finish your food.
Perhaps this is the perpetum mobile of weight loss? If you loose all the calories of the food you intake while you eat.
