I regularly eat some junk. I go through periods of drinking regularly (but that usually does make me gain weight, and it tends to fall off when I stop). I don't drink soda/juice/etc. I don't really snack unless I'm very hungry. Generally, i just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Sometimes I go through phases of being healthier, but it is mostly because I know it is good to eat healthy. It is not related to a weight goal
To be more specific, here is what i ate yesterday
homemade latte with full fat milk (maybe 1/2 c milk? not sure)
Steel cut oats with a little brown sugar and peanut butter. I intentionally add the peanut butter for extra/calories fat. 1/2 c oats
A leftover slice of deep dish pepperoni pizza for lunch. It is a pretty substantial slice, but I could eat two if it were dinner.
Dinner was a buffalo chicken wrap. shredded chicken, lettuce, blue cheese dressing in a burrito shell.
I had some chips w/melted shredded cheese & jalepenos later, because dinner was a bit light
A glass of wine

For breakfast I had three latkes with sour cream (maybe two tablespoons? I don’t measure, it was a lot). Three 10 oz lattes before lunch.
Lunch was half a leftover chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, cheese, sour cream, and fresh salsa.
Afternoon snack two slices of cheese in between conference calls and then one pita with hummus and two more lattes on conference calls.
Dinner is pizza, probably two slices, and mixed salad. Also one to two glasses of wine (I’m on my first now...we will see). This is a pretty typical day although probably with less veg than usual.
