Not exactly true. Privates and Publics in VA are on different seasons so it really doesn’t matter at this point as no matter what some kids are out of luck...

SC ECNL is picking up a Charleston club and will be playing in the conference with Georgia; the 10 or so NC teams will make up the “South” division of the Mid-Atlantic conference, and the now 10 or so VA/MD teams will make up the “North” division. They’ll have to figure out scheduling around differing high school schedules, which is nothing new to the boys in the Mid-Atlantic conference. I am sure the girls will figure it out, too.
