do you know what the doctor was able to do for your mother and did she get something close to a cure?
My mother was in a lot of discomfort and she already had a life threatening illness (not connected) that she was dealing with. She was given minor surgery to remove the patch of skin affected and it healed very well, problem solved. I think normally they give creams and pills but when the problem is chronic and the patient is suffering anyway, they can offer this as an option.

i got the lab results directly last night and will not have my follow up appointment with doctor for 2 more weeks, so trying to prepare and learn as much as i can in advance.
do you know what the doctor was able to do for your mother and did she get something close to a cure?

My mother had it. Normal to take photos and quite important for monitoring it should it return / get worse.
Did you have it removed surgically or what?

any one else deal with this? specifically diagnosed with psoriasiform and spongiotic dermatitis, consistent with subacute eczematous dermatitis.
it seems like i should be relieved it is not VIN/vulvar cancer, but read there is no cure and it can be cutaneous t-cell lymphoma in rare cases.
doctor also took photos of me and wants to use them. normal?
help/advice appreciated.
