Are other leagues also holding back on jerseys? They said it’s due to printing issues, but I’m admittedly suspicious that they just don’t want to deal.

I know this isn’t a big deal playing in a similar colored shirt instead of the jersey, especially in light of the many many bigger problems out there, I’m more curious if this is an MSI issue or a Jersey printing issue at large.

Giving out jerseys? You must be in MSI’s Rec league as players are required to buy their own jerseys for Classic and Academy. It’s about $100 per season to play for Rec. Hence, don’t be cheap and buy your own jersey.

Why so rude? Life is short. Be nicer.

Ask your neighbors.
I have about 25 MSI jerseys in different colors in my hojuse. Sadly leveling the playing field won’t take them.

My kids are on Classic teams and we have to buy our uniforms. Rockville Soccer, where we have to buy the uniforms, told us they only had limited stock and couldn't get more from the Adidas warehouse.

Liga MX has so many sponsors on their jerseys that you can't read the numbers or the names on them. As long as they are the same color is all that matters.

My kid is not fat, but he looks like a sausage in his shirt. I really feel for some of the heavier kids, especially the girls. NOT good for body image issues.

OMG body image issues .. get over your issues and play soccer snowflake.

Our club distributes rec jerseys every two years, or if you’re new to the club in between distribution years. If you need a new one during an off year, you have to buy it yourself.

Yes, my kids play Rec and have for years. They get jerseys once a year, but haven’t since fall 2019, which made sense for fall 2020, but at this point does not.

I did have a kid who played classic and we are well aware of the fees. If MSI couldn’t handle the cost of jerseys with the typical registration fee, I would have happily paid an extra $10/kid or whatever it is for the cost.

Ask the team manager or call MSI to find out what the issue is. But I heard it’s the jersey manufacturing issue but don’t know if it’s Adidas, Nike or all of them due to COVID.

It’s good to know it might really be a supply issue.
