It's a fairly specific bit they are trying to push through quietly so they can double the height of redeveloping 3 story Marbella Apartments from a 60 ft limit to a 120 ft limit. That's a big difference to the neighbors!
For this agenda item, Arlington met it's public disclosure requirement by posting two notices in the WASHINGTON TIMES in March. How many people in Arlington read the Washington Times? None, right? WTF? Meanwhile, all of the affordable housing developers were reached out to directly in January for their personal input. This is so shady and it's totally going to pass.
