I don't understand why you wouldn't potty train her but in any case it shouldn't be an issue at daycare. The wiping is just a matter of wiping front to back then discarding the wipe and getting a new one. Repeat as many times as necessary. I worked at a daycare 20 years ago that required parents to supply wipes and diapers. I'm not sure if they still do that, my children have all been potty trained before starting preschool. I wasn't comfortable with strangers helping my children with their private area and I didn't want to make my kids be comfortable with that either.

Anyway, buy the good wipes that are mostly water and send a ton of them in with your child.

A good daycare can handle this and will help with potty training too

My daycare changes diapers 4 times a day on average and I’ve never had any issues with them not cleaning thoroughly. My kid has only had a diaper rash once in the past year. A good daycare should be able to handle this but I agree with the suggestion to start potty training.

She’s 2. Potty train her.

My 2 year old poops every day 1-2 times in daytime, and she is not bothered walking around or sitting around in wet or dirty diaper. She has sensitive skin, if you don't change her diaper often, rash breaks out around diaper area. And, she normally does not let anyone to change her diaper, except me & grandma only.

Do you think daycare teacher could handle a pooper with a temper, and I am also concerned if they would wipe her clean after each poop. I hear it is easy to get UTI if you don't wipe clean.
