This sounds like a pretty average player to me. A truly dominant player would contribute more than this.
The question was: "What # of goals per game makes a prolific scorer?"
If those are "average" for you, you are playing in the wrong league and need to step up to big boy soccer.

Just asking (not for development) a purely curious question: what makes you notice a player as a standout scorer or playmaker from a quantitative point. Leave the qualitative out for this.
