This is so bad. Hideous curb appeal. Bedrooms chopped up across FOUR levels. Cheeses early oughts construction.

I wish I could find pictures from the previous listings, because this house still looks terrible, but they've made it look better.

there's still a few pictures floating around on the interwebs.

I love the floor plan where the person labeling the house was like, "so...what's this? *shrug* I'm calling it 'room'"

That's a great idea.

Or maybe a school for builders to learn from others' mistakes? Look at this stupid gray trim- never do that. And these ceiling trays with the weird lamps? Never. Why are there rhombuses everywhere - is this the set of Sesame St?

There have been so many threads on the house. Eventually, someone will come along and tear it down.

+1

As the price keeps nearing tear-down price.

Yep. Maybe it will go into foreclosure soon to speed things along. It’s such an eyesore.

Such a strange house. Maybe someone wants to start a school in it?

No photo of the whole front on Redfin- I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before

It is scary to me. Im pretty sure it has been on here before with less gray and white decor, but you can't change a bad builder design. Whoever added on/designed it should have consulted an architect, the design is way out of scale. The rooms are too big and yes you get the cult feeling because everything is out of scale.
Poor house! Maybe it can be turned into a group home successfully, but the price tag is a bit much for that.

Who is the idea buyer? It doesn’t seem set up for a family with lots of kids. But also not quite right for a multigenerational family. And still not quite right for a group house of college kids / young 20s.

Isn’t this the house that used to have a completely open top floor that looked like it was meant for church/cult services. I always imagined how my kids could scooter and roller skate in that giant room in the winter.
