DH has been using it—he’s a total sucker for stuff like this. He’s still fat.

I just make a green smoothie every day with greens and fruits. I take a multivitamin too.

I use Garden of Life Perfect Food. It’s really reputable and only $45/month. I swear it gives me energy and makes my skin look better.

This! Buy a bag of kale and spinach for like $3 and pocket the $97! Who knows what fillers they add to it. Supplements are not regulated so they make false claims all the time!

I feel better when I take it. Isn't that a benefit?

If you take it as they direct it, first think in the morning before anything else, it maximizes the absorption. Of course what isn't used is filtered away, that's how the body works. They try hard to naturally source a broad spectrum multivitamin along with supplements, maybe try not being so skeptical of everything and try to see the good in it.

It's a premium product, like anything else if you say a car is a car then yes, probably not worth it.

Probably some confirmation bias but I like it. I take it in the morning with a big glass of water and without trying it's cut my coffee intake way back. Feels like clean energy.

As for 'just eat vegetables', it's pretty hard to get everything you get in AG from just your veggies. It's a full multi-vitamin plus supplements and it's very easy and convenient. Frankly, when I take it, I know that box is checked for the day which is great. It is expensive, no getting around that.

The supplement industry is a bit of a joke. half of the supplements you consume come out in your urine. You are literally pissing out $3/day

I can't imagine spending $1200/yr on a supplement with no scientifically proven benefit.

I take a Costco multivitamin every day and eat a lot of greens and fruits and other vegetables. $100 sounds like a gimmick.

It's a gimmick. Just eat more vegetable and leafy greens.

$100.month for any supplement is insane.

It's popping up as a sponsor in so many podcasts, but I'd rather not pay $100 for a 30 day supply without knowing more.

Does anyone take it? Have you found any health benefits? Or is it gimmicky?
