I like Stadler Nursery. There are also native plant sales coming up:

Locust Grove Nature Center: starts April 1
Maydale Nature Classroom: starts April 12
Friends of Black Hills Nature Center: starts April 30
Prince William Wildflower Society: May 8
Friends of Riverbend Park: May 1

Glencarlyn Library has a Spring Gardenfest Sale on Sunday, May 16. Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy has native plant sale on Saturday, April 10.

Thanks everyone! I found out my neighbor is the manager for Stadler Nursery and he agreed to help me. Yay!

It is fine but as far as I can tell the plants are the same everywhere. The nurseries are just local retailers for concentrated wholesale growers.

If you want a really great variety of plants then it’s best to shop online.

It is fine but as far as I can tell the plants are the same everywhere. The nurseries are just local retailers for concentrated wholesale growers.

Potomac Gardens Darnestown

I had really good luck at Home Depot Germantown .. I forgot the ladies name that runs it but she is really good.

Since Behnke’s closed I’ve been going to Homestead Gardens. I don’t know how far it is for you but they have great plants.

I went to Meadow's in Coburg and Home Depot. Yuck! Mold, poor quality. I need healthy plants with a wide variety. I live on a large property and have 26 garden beds I have to tend and am slowly zoning and refreshing them. The gardener's take care of the lawn and trees but I like tondo flowers and vegetables. Thanks!
