What are your actual concerns? And many of these are not manufactured separately (not for US anyway).

I think plenty of American parents raise this, though I believe some doctors refuse to take patients who don’t follow the vaccine schedule.
I will say I lived abroad until my first was 2 and the timing was slightly different (off by a few weeks) but the number of shots and spacing was about the same (at least up until 2). The big difference was no Hep A but only because it isn’t common in that country.
