My teen did Oak Marr at Everybody Golf - honestly total waste of money. The instructor basically told them to "do what was comfortable", no tips or suggestions - and it was a class of 4! Any effort would have help.

+1. Years back we did family lessons at Needwood course and it was pretty good.

For something fun (and if your son is interested in golf, he should definitely do more of the lessons I spoke of before) but I think Top Golf also gives lessons?

My kids are younger, but they did lessons through FCPA. Cheap and they were pretty decent.

Falls Road Golf course in Potomac has lessons and it's a public course.

Are there any recommendations for young teen interested in lessons. DS has played a little and enjoys the game. Neither parent plays, we don't belong to a club, so don't know much about the game except that it does seem to be a good, life-long sport. We'd appreciate any suggestions - TIA!
