Spray it in the air and have him walk though it, inhaling through his nose.

Bribery. 15 extra minutes of screen time/favorite treat in his lunch/etc. Then he'll see it's not so bad.

My doctor said Flonase at night before bed and allergy pill in the morning (Zyrtec, Claritan, whichever works best for you)

Yes-- I almost didn't send my kid to school this am because she was coughing. I know it's allergies but these days I didn't want to take any chances!

How old is your child? Do you have to spray it for them or do they willingly do it themselves?

Goodness YES, my 6 yo is having a tough time. And of course, people look at you if your kid sneezes or sniffles like you have the 'rona...

Last year we started our kid with seasonal allergies on Flonase and it’s worked so much better than any other allergy med he’s tried.

Yes. They’ve been getting Zyrtec in the morning but complaining of runny nose and sore throat in the afternoon when we’ve been outside more. Especially if we are in places where we’re not needing a mask. (Hiking and biking only)

I give my 6 year old Claritin in the morning and Benadryl at night and he’s still miserable. I have a phone appointment with doctor tomorrow. Is this just a particularly bad allergy season?
