I emailed my doctor and explicitly told him I didn't want to work with her, which he had no issues with, but of course that's a bit hard for the Dr to actually control and she did still end up trying to manage some of my case by giving me follow up info and trying to get forms, etc. Every time I got an email from her I instead emailed my Doctor and other nurse directly and got all my information that way. The nurses have emails the same as the doctors, and they have always been really responsive to me. Also, you can literally just go in any day M-F between 7.30-9.30am if you need to. The front desk might give you a bit of attitude, but the doctors and nurses have never seemed to mind and sometimes things come up outside of hours and you just need to take control for yourself (obviously if you can book an appointment with your nurse in advance, that's better for everyone).
What's the name of the nurse you're working with now? I'm working with Wendy and it is hasn't been going well.
