Yes!! Totally agree with PP. She is difficult to work with. Doesn't seem like she cares at all.

Ugh, yes, Wendy is that 1 nurse! She just seemed to lack empathy and also said my emails went to her spam. I never worked with Wendy in person though, so I just started emailing the nurse who works directly with my Dr in person and is there with him every time I have an in-person visit. She knows me and always responds to my emails. I sent her my forms too instead of Wendy. For any financial needs I emailed directly with Shaun, who was seriously so helpful. I think the front desk people try to help with financials questions but they're usually at a loss and it's quicker and more effective to just deal with any finances directly with Shaun and her team. You can always pay later on the phone after talking with someone with real information.

I have had mixed experiences. They have not done a good job at getting all the right authorizations for my insurance coverage and I’ve had to be on top of them for that. But I found emailing them instead of calling helps.

The one I’m dealing with is terrible. She gets annoyed at any question I ask. I’m starting an IVF cycle and I feel so lost... I don’t know what’s going on.

Skip dealing with the nurses and email your doctor directly. I saw Dr Sacks (love him) and would email him. Only way to get a timely response.

Hit or miss. I was trying to schedule a cycle and called everyday and left a message with the front desk and didn’t get a call back. Finally I called and said I’m going to miss this cycle if I don’t come in so I’m just going to come in. The nurse that day chastised me for not coming in on whatever day I was supposed to. My regular nurse on the other hand was mostly responsive and would send emails and respond that way too.
