The SWEAT app also has a pregnancy program I think, but I haven't tried it, but used to use their app pre-pregnancy and liked it - it's a different style than TIU. TIU is a video with instructors doing the work out live, and the SWEAT workouts I did just showed you what to do with timers/a demo of each exercise, but not a video.
I also haven't tried their online workouts, but in my first pregnancy really liked the community feel of doing Fit 4 Baby workouts and I think they have virtual classes now. If you're comfortable, this spring/summer they may also have outdoors classes you could check out.
I love SWEAT but it doesn’t have pregnancy workouts (which is weird). It has a couple of different post pregnancy programs, though. I still do some of the regular workouts at 6+ months pregnant but I do have to modify so it feels a little silly at this point. They’ve also since updated SWEAT and there are videos and multiple trainers now.
I accidentally subscribed to a YEAR of Baby2Body, which I hate. The app is slow and glitchy and sometimes I’ll be working out and realize I’ve been doing lunges or whatever for a long time and realize it’s been frozen. It also automatically reduces the volume of music you’re listening to so the trainers voice has to be incredibly loud for you to hear anything else. I dislike the way the trainers constantly make stupid comments like “pull your bump toward your spine” and am mortified at the idea of anyone overhearing them. Alas, now I’ve paid $130 for the privilege of this torture so I have been using it out of sheer anger. Avoid.
