The "first day" back for some cohorts today. Four schools in our district (I don't know about all the schools, just the 4) had kids sent to school who were showing symptoms of Covid and had to be sent home. These are just the ones I heard about via the mom grapevine. This is why our kids are staying on DL. Some of you parents are all-out crazy. One kid, when asked, said that his mom KNEW he was sick and sent him anyway because she needed a break (from him).

It’s funny, when this whole thing started, the rule was you had to be masked when you were within 6’ of someone. Even now, close contact isn’t considered if you are masked inside the 6’ rule. Not sure when everyone started twisting this rule around, but it makes it easier to keep all the schools closed.

THEY HAD plexiglass BUT THAT WAS ABOUT IT.
