Not in Virginia. Vets are in the second part of group 1b, which at least fairfax county hasn't expanded to include yet.

Not at that hospital, but I had to take my bird to an avian vet, and the vet was on the phone with me to answer all my questions, while the bird was in the exam room and I was in the parking lot. It was great.
For my dog, I call on Dr. Perl, who is a really nice and down-to-earth mobile vet. Instead of coming into the house as usual, he sees dogs outside in the yard or driveway.
