You could try reaching out to your obgyn for a recommendation- they might know someone affiliated with the same practice group so that record-sharing is easier, or someone who they’ve worked with before. (For example, if you see GW OB, maybe they can recommend a gastro also affiliated with GW and sharing records is easier that way)

I have IBD and am looking to switch care from my current GI to one (pref a woman) who has experience around fertility and women's health issues. Anyone have a suggestion? DC preferred but will go to MD or VA if needed. Thanks!
