Unfortunately, your inaccurate analogy is precisely the issue with coaches and parents in this particular sport. Your concept of the transactions involved in US youth soccer is incorrect. To take your analogy and make it more accurate. You must indicate that the parent is PAYING for the coach to be the boss. If the PAYING parent/customer does not like the service provided by the coach, then the PAYING customer has a right to switch the coach/boss. Instead of PAYING for less than ideal services.
But, otherwise, I agree with the OP's post.
