I know multiple teachers that have bounced around between ACPS, APS, and FCPS depending on what promotions/pay they get. It's not a one way street out of ACPS.

Yes this is true for the current school year. However Alexandria is doing a 1% bonus to offset their increase in premiums. Would love to see what the numbers actually are.

My understanding is that is a 1% bonus paid one time for Alexandria.
