I hear you on this, but since he's an only child and COVID has limited his outside of the family interactions. we're hoping to have some structured time without worrying if neighborhood kids are available to play. So, we're hoping for someone who might be willing to play with him (board games, outside stuff, ping pong while we work) but on a committed daily schedule (plus it gives that teen cash and work experience).
