No, I would definitely ask and take video.

We’ve practiced tummy time since birth and around 2 months old, he was regularly lifting his head up, pushing his arms up. Then one day he stopped. And it’s been 3 weeks since he lifted his head. He just lays on his tummy with head to side. I’ll bring this up at his four month visit but couldn’t find info on this regression. Anyone else experience this?
