Both very good! All the kids I know who went to those schools got great internships/co-ops and good jobs right out of college.

Friend of my son is at RIT and he has blossomed there. Was a bit of a slacker in HS, but he's done lots of internships and has a job lined up after graduation this spring.

Yes. That has not changed much. 67% male, which is probably better than when your husband attended. I know that's something they are working on.

Very old information, but my husband went to RIT and at that time there were very few girls enrolled. Dating was hard for him at the time.

Thanks PP. Glad your nephew had a good experience at RIT. Both schools have coops built into their program, which is a selling point.

My nephew just earned his BS at RIT. His father told me that he fell in love with RIT when he saw a computer lab while on a tour as a high school senior. Must have been an impressive lab. He spent his junior year in another city interning for a big company that offered him a job upon graduation but he decided to accept RIT's offer to immediately enter grad school there at 50% off.

DS is considering both of these schools. Intended major is computer science.

Does anyone have a student at either of these schools and have experience/advice/or insight to offer? Thanks.
