Ha. Normally, I wouldn’t make such a comment and would agree with you. Of the three games my son’s team played over the last two days, all three had parents step in to line judge because one didn’t show or McLean didn’t pony up the money to pay for two line judges - not sure. In one game, the field ref threw out the one “official” line judge because he literally didn’t know the rules leaving only the parent line judge. The kids were grabbing hair and calling names like f’ing pu$$y in front of the ref while the ref was being hit multiple times with the ball because he had a bum knee and couldn’t move out of the way.
Sometimes, they really do suck.

Who’s VA Revolution? I’ve noticed they had champions recently in different tournaments as well as league.

No McLean teams are playing Jeff Cup. As a parent of a McLean player I can tell you that none of the parents are happy about it.

Don’t get me started on that or their failure to make the finals. The girls totally outplayed Coppermine and dominated the game. The girls have the best midfield in the area by far, but the team was lacking a quality finish in the 18. Back 4 struggles under pressure to connect with midfield - been a problem for awhile now - but I liked the shift to a back 3 in the second half. It may suit this team better, or at least until new players are added in the spring.
