I am Elizabeth, my sister's name is Taylor. This has never been an issue or even mentioned AT ALL. Ever.

So I don't think it's an issue but I guess it depends on the famous person and how common the names are?

Well, the names we have considered for the baby are Henry, Harrison, and Truman.

Well we accidentally named kid Ben when dh name is Jerry! He was more than a week old before we noticed

It depends on how famous and how distinctive. Anderson and Cooper would be a bit much as would Horatio and Alger. William and Nelson would be ok.

One of my kids names is a pretty common surname. Pregnant and we are noticing that many of our options for the new baby - when said in combination with our older child- create the full name of famous people. Ah.

Is this an issue that would lead you not to use the names? Or should I not worry about it?
