I have put both those products in my teens shower but he never uses them. He just forgets to wash his face. So now I give him the acne wipes that have medicine in them too. Uses them when he brushes his teeth. Doesn’t always remember but seems to like more than washing.

We were just at the derm for my DS and they said either Cetaphil or Cerave.

If he doesn't get acne, I'd start with a salicylic acid cleanser that he can use in the shower. Either CeraVe Salicylic Acid wash or La Roche Posay Acne Cleanser.

Does you teen DS use any cream on his face? My teen doesn’t apply anything and even after shower, his face is oily and dull although he doesn’t have a lot of acne. Is there any product that comes for teen boys they can use regularly to freshen up their face?
