My dr said to wait 1-2 cycles. So I’m using condoms right now and will stop preventing after I get my period (which should be any day now according to my PMS symptoms).

After my office D&C procedure. I could not get pregnant for over a year or so. Thinking back it was probably a way my own body needed to heal. But I would say, wait three months TBH or whatever you feel okay.

There's no reason to wait. I'm pregnant again after a miscarriage, and I never got my period in between. Pregnancy is going fine so far!

Both times I've been able to get pregnant and have it stick (IUI, IVF) it was immediately after the first period after a D&C following a missed miscarriage. Good luck, OP!

I'm sorry OP. I just had a D&C recently. OB told me to wait one full cycle to try naturally in order to give the uterine lining time to build back up. It's been 4 weeks and no period yet.

Sorry to hear this, OP. I've been there and it's HARD. My RE said to wait one cycle (basically, wait to get a period) before trying naturally, and two cycles before trying for another FET.

I’ve had three D&Cs and always let my body cycle once and then started again.

I unfortunately have to have a D and C. I am still grieving and I am scared of the procedure. How long should I wait until I start the next cycle? I haven't started stims yet. We are doing the blood work. My doctor says there is no need to wait until after I get my period, but I think my body should heal for at least two cycles. Thoughts?
