never heard of this but laughing because although I love to make roasted chicken but its one of those things that DH doesn't particularly like. Which is weird, because who can resist amazing roast chicken with a side of roasted rosemary garlic potatoes? come to think of it, maybe I *should* have made engagement chicken and married someone with better taste!!!!

I did have a 'go to' take it to the next level date night recipe though---involved risotto and a lot of wine.

No, it's dumb.

You know how I got engaged? I asked my live-in, long term boyfriend if he wanted to get married and he said yes. It was way easier than making dinner. We did go out for steak frites later that day, though.
