I'm on the fence about how they code food. They use a color system and try to do the no bad foods, eat till you're satisfied thing. I think that's healthy but if you are trying to lose significant weight you may need a stricter approach.
I prefer MyFitnessPal for tracking food. It’ll even track macros if you’re going that route.
I agree, unless it’s green vegetables, you need to be tracking your food for calories.
