This isn’t really an ATM lobby. I’d ask the drug store manager if it’s ok rather than wonder if I’m in the wrong if someone complains. This isn’t a judgment call; there is someone who can give you a definitive answer.

NO! I would be so upset if I had to walk by someone and their dog on my way into the store. Do not take your dog inside places that don't allow dogs unless it is a service dog.

My main ATM is in the entryway of a drugstore (sliding doors into entryway, a separate set of sliding doors into drugstore proper). Is it ok if I am on a walk with my dog, to pop in for a minute to withdraw some cash?
