OP here. My vitamins don’t have iron. Doctor suggested I take a prenatal without iron.

I always lost 10-20 pounds in the first trimester.
Agree to give up on vitamins, just try to find some safe foods. Try McDonalds, I know that sounds weird but seriously something they put in McDonalds' food helps with nausea. Particularly McD's fountain coke. This is not just a weird thing with me! I'm in a hyperemesis support group and everyone everyone talks about McD's fountain coke.
It's not going to make you feel GOOD, but can help.
For me I just keep eating and try to eat things that don't taste so horrible throwing up.
Breakfast cereal is good for this AND good for getting in vitamins if you can't keep down the prenatal because they spray cereal with a vitamin spray (that's why its part of a complete breakfast!)
Also I don't know how much you're actually vomiting, but if you're trying to keep it in the whole time, sometimes just let yourself throw up. I always felt relief for like a half hour after the actual throwing up.
Yepppp. I ate so much McDonalds. I didn't have Hyperemis but pretty severe nausea and LOVE a McDouble and coke. I cannot even tell you how many I have had in last 25 weeks.
It sucks, sorry
