I am in the very good camp, too, with Golden Boot. Just be clear about what you want and what type of coaching style may suit your child best--it's 1v1 training so they are going to also want to make sure it's the right fit and that you feel you're getting your money's worth. Contact the owner directly if you need, he's very accessible and wants to provide players with a good experience.

I have taken my kids to a few HP Elite sessions over the year. One was fantastic, one was awful, and the the others were meh and not worth the drive from Mantua area. The one that was great was the Shooting one. There were 2 coaches for 6 kids and all 6 of the kids were high level. The coaches were fantastic and my son improved a lot over that clinic. I think it was like 4 days in a row vs one session per week for a few weeks. There was a complete player one where there were like 4 coaches and seemed like 50 kids. It was a mess. Lots of low level players so the ball was just bouncing all over the place. Complete mess. Then there are some average training sessions. not great. Not bad but not worth the drive if you have something closer. I highly recommend finding maybe 5-6 kids at your kid's level and finding a trainer that you like to run seasons with that small group. They can get very good attention from the coach working on skill and technique and progress to a nice 3v3 to wrap up training. Maybe 8 kids total with one coach.

Thanks..parrot. That point was made a few times already. Maybe they have a scheduling/life/commute issue or already travel far for a team so want something closer for some extra work. Be a solution...not another jackass.

It’s not cheap, but a good option to enhance your foot and shooting skills.

30 mins away is a stressor for you!? good grief. Get ready. If she really wants to play soccer you will be doing some driving (if she is any good).
And NO TO HP ELITE. It's very very low level training. A lot of times high school kids run the class especially for kids that age. Where do you live? There are a lot of very good trainers out there I can recommend. We did HP Elite for 2 seasons and it was just some guy rolling the ball to kids standing in a line and the shoot at the goal. Lots of waiting for your turn.
