The reality is, we should all be doing this all the time. I've been putting in 60-70 hours for years. I'm over it. If schools want great instruction they need to make sure we have a good 2 hours a day of uninterrupted plan time.

How is it going? I’m in another county unable to reign in my hours this year to under 70 per week. I’m a little jealous.
