Switch out all plastics for glass, silicone, metal. Avoid perfumes because they don't have to disclose parabens,etc, in them.

Pay attention to what you are cleaning with. Use dryer balls instead of perfumed sheets.

I read once to look out for plastic labels with 3, 6, and 7 because they’re potentially bad. So I started looking out for them and know where they are? Disposable Coffee cup lids!

It’s like they wrote an article about me. We have one daughter (secondary infertility, we were never able to have a second) and I’m a total nutcase with the endocrine disrupters. It scares me so much she could have the issues I have.
