OP here. We have never hung out alone. We don’t even really talk. I assumed he was looking to get laid. Most guys aren’t going to call a woman that is just a downed or formed that they don’t really talk to “ just to hang out”. I don’t think he would invite me over if he wasn’t interested in me.
Most guys **you** date. Respectful men do this and don’t have issues. Show him what you’re used to. He will know by the treatment you expect.

I had one like that. Turns out he was very introverted. Him asking me over was a huge deal. But I’ve also had me friends that are platonic. So can’t say. Hang out with him if you like and figure out if YOU’RE interested? You can always invite the conversation later too. But don’t rush into that bit.

I was in this situation before a few times. I just assumed the guys weren’t that into me, but I experience sexual abuse growin up so also always wondered if I just sent the wrong signals. No solutions here just commiseration!
