+100

You are “allowed” to leave them there, and there is no reason that’s safer than putting them there.

It’s probably good for her to work on her rolling. I would keep putting her on her back and letting her roll. In a week or two, she’ll be super good at rolling and will do it quickly and then you can be confident that she’s developed the muscle strength that you don’t need to worry about it. If she’s still struggling to roll over, she might not have the muscle strength yet, but she will soon.

Of course you can put baby on her tummy. If she’s rolling on her own, she has the neck and core strength to avoid suffocation. You can help her out at bedtime by helping her finish the roll she’s going to do anyway.

Always put them to sleep on their backs but if the baby rolls over to their stomachs you can leave them on their stomachs.

Mine slept on their tummies. DS would roll over, and DD had insane reflux and we were told to put her on her tummy from birth.
DS around 1 month mark.

What is "so much?" If she can roll, it's probably only a few minutes.

I know it’s because of the SIDS risk but my baby is 6 months. She just started rolling back to front. At night she cries so much until she rolls herself to her stomach. Can’t I just put her down on her stomach?
