Hummus, just by itself.
A little container of Greek yogurt (this is what I do most often), or from a tub of it, with strawberries on top.
A can of sardines in mustard sauce (am I the only one who likes these?)
Roasted almonds (I roast them myself) without dark chocolate. Not super low calorie but very filling.
